Enso Naturals Review

Hey ladies! I purchased a few products from Enso Naturals last month on a whim and today I present you with a review!

First up: Sweet Honey Hibiscus Leave-In Conditioner $9
Ingredients:
Distilled Water (infused with: Hibiscus Rosa Sinesis Linn (Hibiscus Petals), Arctium Lappa (Burdock Root), Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Juice, Sodium Lactate, Behentrimonium Methosulfate (and) Cetyl Alcohol (mild conditioner), Cannabis Sativa (Hemp Seed) Seed Oil, Cetrimonium Chloride, Panthenol, Wildflower Honey, Cetyl Alcohol, Macadamia Ternifolia (Macadamia Nut) Seed Oil, Oryza Sativa (Rice Bran) Oil, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter) Fruit, Propylene Glycol (and) Diazolidinyl Urea (and) Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate (paraben free preservative), Fragrance, Citric Acid

Claims: Soft defined coils, hydrated hair, eliminates tangles and frizz.

Consistency: Similar to lotion.
Pros: My hair felt softer instantly! Very moisturizing and light weight. I used it on a braidout and my hair was soft for days.
Cons: I'm not a fan of the scent. It's very perfume-y. However, it is not a lingering smell so keep that in mind. I would repurchase but I'd love to see it available in a bigger size! I have about an ounce left ;(
Thick hair+long hair requires a lot of product! Enso Naturals are you listening? 16oz bottle please!

Marshmallow Root Twisting Pudding $11.50
Ingredients: Distilled Water, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Oil, Glycerin, Carbomer, Triethanolamine, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter) Fruit, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Argania Spinosa (Argan) Nut Oil, Silk Amino Acids, Chondrus Crispus (Carrageenan) Extract, Althaea Officinalis (Marshmallow Root) Extract, Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Extract, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Propylene Glycol (and) Diazolidinyl Urea (and) Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate (paraben free fragrance), Fragrance

Claims: Conditions coils leaving them soft and nourished. Also helps enhance natural curl pattern offering sheen and hold.

Consistency: Similar to Kinky Curly Curling Custard.
Pros: It's a super lightweight gel like product with a refreshing grapefruit/citrus scent. Awesome for providing extra hold for braidouts and twistouts. Totally necessary for me during these humid summer months. I applied this to my hair after the leave in for my braidout.

Can you say super soft and defined?! Honestly I was shocked. Even after getting rained on my hair looked nice.
This product is a great alternative for those who are protein sensitive. It does contain silk amino acids but if your hair can tolerate that you're good to go!
Cons: The consistency is gel like in the jar but almost watery when you scoop it up. That made it hard to apply. I think I was using more than I needed as a result. I'd be happier if this product was in a tube or had a pump.

Sweet Agave & Aloe Firm Styling Gel $10
Ingredients: Distilled Water, Glycerin, Carbomer, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, PVP, Hydroxypropyltrimonium Honey, Triethanolamine, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter) Fruit, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Agave Nectar, Chondrus Crispus (Carrageenan) Extract, Althaea Officinalis (Marshmallow Root) Extract, Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Extract, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Propylene Glycol (and) Diazolidinyl Urea (and) Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate (paraben free preservative), Fragrance

Claims: No flaking, curl definition, shine, hold, restorative conditioning properties.

Consistency: Similar to the Marshmallow Root Twisting Pudding but thicker in consistency.
Pros:
I was able to use this gel to slick my hair back into a bun. It reminded me of my Ecostyler Olive oil gel. Soft yet firm hold. It can also be used to provide definition to your twistouts, bradiouts and other styles.
Cons: I don't have any.
Overall I enjoyed using these products. The leave in is my favorite but I need a larger size :(
I look forward to trying some other products from the line. Let me know what you've tried and your thoughts!

i got the "moisture set" during the 4th of july sale. the leave-in is really thick (i prefer koils by nature's leave-in)and i wont write a book cuz i just reviewed it on my blog (kandid koilz) lol. but overall its PERFECT for thick hair and they have some pretty good ingreds. i love thick products and i know it'll be good for the winter time!
