Oil Rinsing #Naturalhair

Time to tame this beast!
I've decided to give oil rinsing another go and document the experience for all you lovely peeps.
Step 1: Rinse your hair. I mean get it sopping wet!

Step 2: Apply the oil of your choice. I'm using extra virgin olive oil.

(Tip: Section off your hair and place your oil in an applicator bottle.)
You want to saturate your strands with the oil from root to tip!
Step 3: Shampoo! (you can skip this step if you are between washes)
Step 4: Condition! (you can apply directly on top of the oil or rinse first.)

I was excited as you can see. My hair was super soft, and I didn't need a comb to detangle. *gasp*
Totally optional and unnecessary step: Put on your sexy plastic cap and do the dougie for bout 5 minutes.

Step 5: Rinse with cool water

I don't know why I've been sleeping on this for so long. I'm sooooo adding this to my weekly regimen.

    1. Yes you can. Leave some of the oil in and add a creamy moisturizer to lock it all in.
